Who we are

LASTLOOK operates this site, a gated sale platform that lists fashion offers and links you to the seller's own site to buy. We are an Australian business and handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you unlock the collection: your email address and Australian mobile number, and a one-time code we email you to confirm the address is yours.

While you browse: a random identifier stored in your browser (not your name or email), the products you view and click, your selected sizes, and — when you arrive from an ad — the campaign tags on the link (UTM parameters and click identifiers). We use these to understand what shoppers want and to attribute sales to the advertising that produced them.

We do not collect payment details. You check out on the seller's site, not ours.

How we use it

To operate the gate (delivering and checking your unlock code); to send you LASTLOOK offers by email and SMS where you have opted in — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or emailing us; to measure which sales, products and campaigns perform; and to be paid commission by sellers when a purchase follows a click from our site.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us: Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing, hosted in the United States), Resend (delivery of unlock codes and other transactional email, hosted in the United States), Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (our database), OpenPanel (site analytics — event data under the random browser identifier described above, collected via our own domain), Meta and, where enabled, Google Analytics (advertising and site measurement — event data only, never your unlock code), and affiliate networks (an anonymous click identifier so a purchase can be matched to a click, never your email or number).

Ad measurement matching: when you sign up, we share a hashed (cryptographically scrambled) version of your email address and mobile number with Meta so that the signup can be attributed to the advertising that produced it and measured accurately. Meta receives the hash, not the readable address or number, and we do not share your details with advertisers for their own marketing lists.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, principally in the United States; we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the APPs. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Marketing profiles are kept while you remain subscribed. If you never complete the unlock code, the details you entered are not added to any marketing list. Browsing records are kept in aggregate for reporting.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@lastlook.com.au to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our handling of a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Cookies and local storage

We use a cookie to remember that you have unlocked the collection, and browser storage for the random identifier and campaign tags described above. Our own analytics (OpenPanel) runs under that same random identifier through our domain. Third-party measurement (Meta, Google) sets its own cookies subject to those providers' policies.
